Who We Are !
We are a community of mindfulness teachers and coaches who have been specially trained to guide your habit change journey. As certified facilitators, we use the evidence-based model developed by neuroscientist and addiction psychiatrist Judson Brewer, MD, PhD. to address smoking, over-eating, anxiety and anxiety-related behaviors. We offer guidance and support to empower you to develop new habits for better self-care and health. Practicing together, we strengthen our mindfulness skills.
