Effective, Evidence-based method for sustainable change

Modern science and ancient wisdom

While mindfulness has been around for thousands of years, recent research has helped us understand how it works in the brain. Neuroscientist and addiction psychiatrist Jud Brewer, MD, PhD has integrated modern science with ancient wisdom and created an accessible program for habit change. This step-by-step approach has been demonstrated to be effective with smoking cessation, emotional eating, anxiety and other “everyday addictions”.

How does it work ?

This effective model of habit change works with the brain’s reward-based learning system to outgrow unwanted habits like worrying, over-eating, “over indulging” in various ways (such as social media, news, pornography), overworking or other habits. Use mindfulness to learn from your own experience and develop the inner wisdom to create a more healthy and fulfilling life.
